We use Royal Mail First Class Post at a cost of £1.70 to get your tickets to you within 5 working days of your order being received. If we receive your order by 2pm on a weekday, we will send your tickets the same day. If after 2pm they will be sent the following working day.

If your travel date does not allow 5 clear working days from your date of booking, we will offer you the option of Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is a next day delivery service and you can read more below.

If your order is for a total value of more than £250 we require that our customers use Royal Mail Special delivery to receive tickets. Special Delivery offers a higher insurance level than First Class post.

If you will be travelling from abroad, you can collect from any of the National Rail stations which appear in our list of stations on the fulfilment page of the booking process.
